Discord Members is an app for Shopify merchants that helps merchants offer Discord role-based member benefits, such as product access, discounts, offers, and purchase rewards.
Discord Members is for merchants who use Discord communities and want to connect Discord roles with benefits in their online store.
For role-based product access, discounts, and offer eligibility, merchants generally use Discord roles as the eligibility signal.
For Purchase Rewards, the app can also grant a configured Discord role after a qualifying purchase when that feature is enabled.

Available features may depend on the merchant’s app configuration and plan.
Billing and subscription status are handled through Shopify where applicable. The app uses backend-confirmed billing state to determine whether Free or Pro features are available.
If a subscription is cancelled, feature access depends on the billing state confirmed by Shopify and the app backend.
Discord Members handles subscription status conservatively and does not unlock paid features based only on URL parameters or browser-side state.
