These Terms of Service govern your use of Discord Members, a Shopify app provided by Rabby Labs. By installing or using Discord Members, you agree to these Terms.
Discord Members helps Shopify merchants connect their Shopify store with Discord community membership features.
The app can help merchants configure member benefits such as product access rules, Discord role-based offers, role-based discounts, purchase reward rules, and Discord claim button experiences.
Discord Members depends on Shopify and Discord services. Some features require a Shopify store, a Discord server, the Discord Members bot, and appropriate bot permissions.
You are responsible for configuring Discord Members correctly for your Shopify store and Discord server.
This includes selecting the correct Discord server, roles, products, discounts, offers, purchase reward rules, and customer-facing messages.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of Discord Members complies with applicable laws, Shopify policies, Discord policies, and your own customer-facing terms and privacy notices.
You may not use Discord Members to mislead customers, distribute unlawful offers, grant unauthorized access, or process data that you do not have the right to process.
Some features require inviting the Discord Members bot to your Discord server and granting appropriate permissions.
These permissions may include sending messages, using application commands, reading role or member information needed for configured features, and managing roles for purchase rewards.
Discord role grants or checks may fail if the bot lacks permissions, if the bot role is below the target role, if a user is not in the server, if the merchant configuration is incorrect, or if Discord is unavailable.
Merchants are responsible for reviewing Discord server permissions, role hierarchy, and bot configuration.
Discord Members may offer Free and Pro plans. Pro features may require approval of a Shopify app subscription through Shopify.
No app subscription charge is created unless the merchant approves the charge through Shopify.
Where applicable, billing approval, payment processing, invoices, payment methods, and subscription management are handled by Shopify.
Plan availability, pricing, trials, and billing terms may be shown in Shopify or inside the app.
If a subscription is cancelled, expired, frozen, or otherwise unavailable, feature access may change according to Shopify subscription status and the app’s billing records.
Discord Members relies on Shopify and Discord.
We are not responsible for outages, API changes, permission changes, review decisions, account actions, or policy enforcement by Shopify or Discord.
Discord Members is not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with Shopify or Discord, except that it integrates with their platforms.
You may not use Discord Members to abuse Shopify, Discord, customers, community members, or our infrastructure.
You may not attempt to bypass app limits, interfere with security, scrape unrelated data, reverse engineer the service, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
We aim to operate Discord Members reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, fix issues, or improve the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data Discord Members processes and how it is used.
By using Discord Members, you authorize the app to process data needed to provide the configured Shopify and Discord features.
You may stop using Discord Members by uninstalling the app from Shopify and removing the bot from Discord.
Some records may be retained as needed for security, billing, legal compliance, troubleshooting, platform compliance, or legitimate business purposes, unless deletion is required by law or platform requirements.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if continued operation would create legal, security, or platform-policy risk.
Discord Members is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabby Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabby Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by Shopify, Discord, merchant configuration, third-party outages, or customer/member actions.
